Our Vision
To be the most trusted name in structural steel fabrication and erection in Saudi Arabia, known for precision, innovation and engineering excellence.
Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia · Est. 2023
Built-up sections, architectural steel, industrial buildings and special structures, delivered from shop drawings to final bolt by one accountable team.
About Us
Advanced Avenues Contracting Co. is a Saudi structural steel company based in Riyadh. Since 2023 we have engineered, fabricated and erected steel structures for aviation, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.
Our signature product is the welded built-up section: plate girders and columns shaped to the exact demands of each design and produced on automated CNC cutting, fit-up and submerged-arc welding lines at our Riyadh plant.
We deliver the full package under one roof (shop drawings, fabrication, surface protection, delivery and site erection), backed by an NDT-led quality system and a zero-harm safety culture.
To be the most trusted name in structural steel fabrication and erection in Saudi Arabia, known for precision, innovation and engineering excellence.
To engineer high-performance steel structures that combine fabrication precision with fast, safe site assembly, in full compliance with international codes.
Every dimension checked to the millimetre, from shop drawing to final bolt.
The highest health, safety and environmental standards on every site and in every bay.
Tekla modelling, CNC cutting and automated welding to build better and faster.
We plan, fabricate and erect to the programme our partners rely on.
By fabricating locally, sourcing from Saudi steel mills and developing Saudi talent, we support the Kingdom's goals for industrial growth and local content on national projects.
Leadership Message
“We build steel structures that endure, combining fabrication speed with uncompromising engineering precision.”
From our first day in Riyadh, we set out to bring world-class standards to the fabrication of built-up steel sections for the Kingdom's most demanding projects. The architectural façades we delivered at Najran Regional Airport show what that commitment means in practice.
We keep investing in machinery, digital engineering and, above all, our people, so that every client receives a partner they can rely on: accurate, safe and on time. We are proud to contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 and look forward to building the next chapter with you.

Scope of Services
From the first model to the final bolt, every stage of a steel package is managed by one accountable team.
Connection design support, Tekla/AutoCAD 3D modelling, shop and erection drawings, and material take-offs.
Laser cutting, drilling, fit-up and welding of beams, columns, trusses and miscellaneous steel.
Welded plate girders, columns and box sections up to 12 m, made to the design rather than the catalogue.
Blast cleaning, industrial paint systems and hot-dip galvanizing coordination for durable corrosion protection.
Logistics, crane planning and site erection by our own crews, through to alignment, bolting and handover.
Design, supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV and low-current systems, including airport projects.
Core Specializations
Main terminal façades, royal terminal façades, boarding-bridge frames and structural glass supports, built to GACA requirements with tight dimensional control under high wind loads.
Large clear-span warehouses, factories and multi-level industrial frames, fully integrated with cladding and insulation.
Welded steel water storage tanks, large billboard structures, space frames and trusses engineered for vibration and extreme wind.
Built-Up Sections
Welded built-up sections let engineers size flanges and webs to the real loads instead of the nearest rolled profile. The result is lighter, stronger members for long clear spans and heavy loads in airports, warehouses and industrial plants.
| Section types | Plate girders, H/I columns, box sections, tapered and crane girders |
|---|---|
| Length | Up to 12 m per piece (longer members spliced by design) |
| Process | CNC plate cutting, automated fit-up, submerged-arc welding, hydraulic straightening |
| Materials | ASTM and EN structural steel grades as specified, with mill test certificates |
| Codes | AISC, ASTM, AWS D1.1 and EN, plus GACA for aviation projects |
| Inspection | Visual, UT, MPI and DPT by NDT-certified QC engineers |
Fabrication Plant & Capacity
Our Riyadh plant is laid out for a continuous flow of material, from the raw-steel yard to the dispatch area, with overhead cranes serving every bay.
Flexible shift patterns, a strategic raw-material stock and long-standing relationships with the Kingdom's main steel suppliers keep production running on fast-track national projects.

Quality Assurance & Control
Every plate, weld and member is checked against approved drawings and international codes before it leaves the plant. Inspections are carried out and reported by NDT-certified quality engineers at each stage.
Plate condition, dimensions and conformity to specification on receipt and after welding.
Full-penetration and flange-to-web welds checked for depth and internal soundness.
Detects fine surface and near-surface cracks along weld toes and longitudinal seams.
Reveals surface-breaking defects in joints, connections and plates.

Health, Safety & Environment
People are our most valuable asset. Our safety management system follows OSHA practice and Saudi Civil Defense requirements, with a zero-accident target on every project.
Method statements, risk assessments and work permits before every activity.
Short briefings on the day's hazards, lifts and controls for every crew.
Mandatory high-specification PPE and inspected lifting gear and tools.
Engineered crane and rigging plans for every heavy lift on site.
Licensed operation, waste segregation and controlled blasting and painting areas.
Site HSE inspections, incident reporting and lessons learned.
